We're looking for a Production Planner to manage short- and medium-term production planning for a key plant in the FMCG Food & Beverage sector, ensuring product availability for both domestic and international markets. Develop and update weekly and monthly production plans aligned with plant capacity and commercial needs. Monitor daily production progress and adjust plans as needed. Issue production orders and ensure timely communication of any changes to Demand Planning, Export Customer Service, and Plant Scheduling. Support the launch of new products by integrating them into the production plan. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Demand Planning, Scheduling and Customer Service Export. Degree in Engineering or Economics. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility and initiative to manage unexpected changes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid understanding of production flow and planning logic. Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
