Requirements Experience : 5 years in residential electrical work (some commercial experience is a plus). Proficiency : Skilled in troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and electrical improvements. Code Knowledge : Strong understanding of residential electrical codes. Independence : Ability to work independently without supervision. Customer-Focused : Excellent communication and people skills Team Player : Capable of working solo or collaborating on larger projects. Adaptability : Flexible schedule and ability to work some weekends as needed. Clean Record : Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks.
