Warehouse Manager Up to £44,000 Monday to Friday Days Corby Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking to work for a rapidly growing global brand? The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, optimizing processes, and leading a team to ensure productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping. Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to meet performance, safety, and productivity goals. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts or audits. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure. HR management processes across the warehouse team Requirements: Previous experience working in a Warehouse Managers position Proven leadership and team management skills.
