What you’ll be doing: Taking products from the development kitchen to full production, ensuring smooth factory trials and successful launches Liaising with QA, NPD, and production teams to make sure every stage runs like clockwork Generating process documentation, QAS, and photographic standards Supporting product validation, shelf-life testing, and artwork approvals Getting involved in taste panels, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects About you: You might be a food science graduate looking for your first step into the world of product launches – or perhaps a Process Technologist ready to take the next step. Either way, you’ll need a sharp eye for detail, a love of food, and the confidence to work cross-functionally in a busy manufacturing environment.
