Locum Pharmacy Dispenser – GP Surgery (Spalding) Rate: £13–£15 per hour (DOE) Availability: Up to 5 days per week Contract: 2–3 months (while permanent recruitment takes place) Start: ASAP Healthii People are currently working with a GP Surgery in Spalding who are looking for two Locum Pharmacy Dispensers to support their in-house dispensary team on a temporary basis whilst they appoint a permanent dispenser. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the repeat prescription and dispensing workflow Liaising with GPs, nurses and the wider practice team Providing medication advice and support to patients Maintaining high standards of accuracy and patient care Ensuring safe storage and handling of medicines Who We’re Looking For: Previous dispensary experience (GP surgery or community pharmacy) NVQ Level 2 / Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (preferred) Strong attention to detail and good communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team This is a great opportunity to step into a friendly, well-organised practice environment with day-to-day support.
