This role focuses on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency through effective planning, collaboration, and innovation. Support customer contracts and key deliverables with administrative tasks. Review and ensure accuracy in documents and data. Maintain records for monitoring and reporting purposes. Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external queries. Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams. Identify and implement improvements to processes and systems. Key Skills and Requirements: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently. Comfortable with challenging existing processes to drive change. Familiarity with tools like CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex processes.
