Job Description
The Trades Hall in Merchant City is looking for an Operations Assistant to support the Operations Manager. Trades Hall holds events and functions for clients such as wedding, corporate dinners, corporate conferences, 'pop up retail events'. The role includes, but is not limited to: Setting up of rooms to clients' specification - moving tables/chairs/staging Ensuring high levels of customer service are delivered at all times Working in conjunction with the Events and Catering Team as required Welcoming clients at door to Trades Hall Clearing up after events Assisting with maintenance duties such as painting Requirements: Good industry experience but additional training will be given Ability to be flexible in the hours you work,. Work may involve weekend working or late hours up to 2.00am IT skills required (setting up laptops, projectors, microphones) and also have a good understanding of it. SIA Door Steward licence preferred but not essential as training will be arranged Positive attitude towards clients and colleagues Hours of work - Full time 40 hours per week. This is a permanent role. Salary - £24,211 pa Overtime will be paid
