Neighbourhood Officer - Part Time

Your new company We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Neighbourhood Officer to join a Dundee-based housing association on a short-term basis. This role is ideal for someone with previous neighbourhood/housing officer experience. Your new role Act as the first point of contact for tenants, addressing queries and concerns promptly. Carry out estate inspections and ensure properties and communal areas are maintained to a high standard. Manage tenancy-related issues, including anti-social behaviour and breaches of tenancy agreements. Liaise with contractors and internal teams to coordinate repairs and maintenance. Support community engagement initiatives and promote a positive neighbourhood environment. What you'll need to succeed Previous neighbourhood/housing officer experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. Knowledge of housing management practices is desirable but not essential.
