Job description Role Description We’re looking for a versatile and motivated Event Manager/Assistant Site Manager to join our operations team on a six-month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a key role in delivering large-scale accommodation campsites and VIP experiences, contributing directly to our Pink Moon Presents division. This is a hands-on, varied role that requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a live event environment. You'll need: Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, ideally within the events industry. Experience creating and maintaining schedules and project plans. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and event management software/tools. Full UK driving license. Willingness to work away for extended periods during the summer festival season. Desirable Skills: Health & Safety training or certification. First Aid certification. Experience with stock management and logistics. Other Responsibilities: Maintain professionalism and rigorous timekeeping at all times. Contribution to the improvement of business processes and practices. What you'll get: 6-Month Fixed-Term (April-September): £36-50k per annum. Based on experience.
