Logistics Operator Forklift and Reachtruck

Are you an experienced forklift or reach truck driver who enjoys physical work and structured tasks? For an international logistics company just outside Rotterdam on the A15 motorway, we are looking for someone who enjoys moving goods safely and efficiently and preparing orders carefully for shipment. As a forklift and reach truck driver, you play a key role in the daily process of incoming and outgoing goods. You work in a professional team and make sure everything is processed on time and correctly. Your tasks: Picking orders accurately and preparing shipments Moving goods with forklift and/or reach truck Entering data accurately using a handheld scanner and WMS Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized Being flexible with working hours and taking extra hours when needed Wat we je bieden We offer: A gross hourly wage of €16.08 (€2,800 per month based on 40 hours) Travel allowance of €0.23/km, 130% pay for overtime, 150% for Saturdays and 200% for Sundays Temporary contract with fixed hours, with a possibility to permanent employment if performing well Day shifts from 07:00 till 15:30 with occassional weekend shifts Easily accessible by public transport, bike, or car Functie-eisen What we ask: Good command of Dutch or English Valid forklift and reach truck licence Experience with order picking and working with scanners / WMS Flexible for occasional extra hours Physically fit and accurate in your work Over het bedrijf This logistics company makes sure that goods from the warehouse just outside Rotterdam on the A15 are delivered to customers on time and in good condition. Every day, goods arrive and orders are sent out to customers across Europe. The work is practical and well organized: you know what needs to be done, and you have the tools to do your job properly. The atmosphere on the work floor is down-to-earth and supportive. Colleagues help each other and work together to get the job done. Safety always comes first, but there is also plenty of room to take responsibility and share ideas for improvement.
