Packaging Technologist - TEMP

We're seeking a skilled packaging technology expert who excels in collaboration and teamwork to enhance the packaging cost and value. In this role, you'll assess and uncover packaging cost optimization opportunities by partnering with key stakeholders in manufacturing, procurement, and R&D, translating insights into actionable projects. You'll engage with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless qualification and implementation of these initiatives across the different factories. Identify packaging cost optimization opportunities and assessing technical feasibility with suppliers and Danone x-functional teams; Define and execute packaging validation plans for every agreed priority cost optimization project; Build packaging technical brief meeting cost, time, consumer, quality, food safety & sustainability needs; Lead suppliers in defining packaging specifications meeting the technical brief; Lead x-functional team in assessing risk and mitigation plan definition; Build and timely execute packaging qualification plans (incl. lab, plant and transport validation) in collaboration with suppliers; Troubleshooting and technical problem solving.
