Job Description

A leading international fashion brand is looking for a Senior Manager Go-To-Market to join its EMEA team. They are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Go-To-Market to lead the end-to-end delivery of seasonal Go-To-Market plans across the EMEA region. The Ideal candidate has: Ability to develop and execute detailed GTM calendars, milestones, and workflows, ensuring on-time, high-quality campaign delivery across diverse markets; Proven ability to serve as a central point of contact between global marketing, regional teams, and other departments (eCommerce, retail, media, CRM, etc.) to align on priorities and ensure seamless execution; Experience in optimizing global strategies for local markets, including creating tailored sell-in materials, toolkits, and assets that align with both global and regional needs; Strong leadership skills to manage, mentor, and grow a small team, with a focus on setting clear goals, responsibilities, and professional development; Ability to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in GTM workflows, implementing improvements to streamline operations and improve collaboration across teams; Proactive in identifying potential blockers or delays in campaign rollouts and skilled in resolving issues quickly to keep campaigns on track; Fluency in English, both written and verbal; A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Retail (preferred).
