Key Responsibilities: Staff Management: Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Target Achievement: Ensure targets for productivity, accuracy, and efficiency are consistently met or exceeded. Hands-On Work: Participate in physical warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, stocking, and order picking when needed. Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift to assist with material handling and organization within the warehouse. Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with the office manager and other departments to optimize workflow and ensure seamless communication between warehouse operations and office staff. Health & Safety: Ensure the warehouse is maintained in compliance with health and safety standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to motivate a team and ensure high productivity standards. Proficient forklift operation certification (required). Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
