Copywriter - Aged Care

The Role Tired of writing copy that goes nowhere? It’s time to write what truly matters. At Aged Care Decisions, your words will help families navigate some of the most important choices of their lives. We’re looking for an experienced Copywriter to join our marketing team — someone who’s hands-on, results-driven, and ready to create content that makes a real impact. This flexible role can be full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days per week) and it can be remote. If you’ve got a data-driven mindset, a passion for purpose-led work, and a “can-do” attitude—we want to hear from you. What you will be doing Writing clear, engaging, and professionally crafted content for our websites, guides, email content, and client templates . Keeping up-to-date with the latest updates to Aged Care (especially Support at Home) and providing families with the timely information to empower them in their aged care journey and decision making. Using SEO best practices to create content that improves search visibility and engagement. Publishing and updating content across company websites and platforms . Broadcasting content through socials, weekly EDMs and measuring performance. Supporting the marketing team with ad hoc projects . Collaborating with the team to analyse results and continuously improve content and campaigns. Act as a Content Producer across the business for all written content. Who are you? Ideally 3 years of proven experience in copywriting . High-level English proficiency —excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail are a must. A doer who takes ownership of tasks and executes efficiently. Strong writing skills with the ability to create content that is clear, engaging, and results driven . Experience with email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign or similar) Familiarity with website content management and publishing through WordPress. Experience writing about aged care, health, or related industries in Australia is advantageous. Passionate about helping families navigate the aged care journey.
