Administration Officer – Full Time Location: Ormeau, QLD Join a growing, family-owned business with over 20 years of industry experience About Us Emirg Services is a trusted provider of air conditioning solutions across South-East Queensland. We deliver comprehensive installation, servicing, and maintenance solutions for a wide range of clients. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our friendly team and provide vital support to our Managing Directors and operations. About the Role In this full-time role, you’ll play an integral part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business by supporting key administrative and operational functions. Your responsibilities will include:  Providing administrative support to the Managing Directors  Managing data entry and financial processes in Xero  Handling phone and email correspondence, including directing calls and responding to customer enquiries  Overseeing Accounts Receivable functions – tracking invoices, coordinating payments, and maintaining accurate financial records  Managing job scheduling and invoicing through Simpro (prior experience highly regarded)  General office administration and organisational support About You We’re seeking someone with a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
