Providing excellent service to customers Communicating with clients and updating the progress of their job Provide strong administrative support Job cost estimating and production planning Processing of Purchase Orders and Invoicing Prepare end of month sales reports Data entry What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will require the following; Proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs Exceptional communication & customer service skills Experience or knowledge of car and machinery parts Excellent ability to organise, time manage and ensure quality control A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or Internal Sales?
