We offer the right candidate an excellent opportunity to expand their knowledge, work across multiple technology solutions, and develop their professional skills in a supportive environment.We are currently seeking an Inside sales Specialist to join our team.Responsibilities:Assist the sales team in preparing quotes and purchase orders for customer opportunities.Keep internal systems up to date with customer opportunities and order progress.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth customer transactions.Attend required training sessions to maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge.Ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager within the scope of the inside sales role.Requirements:Strong organisational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Basic understanding of IT products and services, or a willingness to learn.1–3 years’ experience in inside sales, customer service, or B2B support roles.Must be authorised to work in Australia (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa).Culture:At Outcomex, we’re proud of our high staff retention and our investment in hiring and growing the best.
