Our National Service Centre, based in Modbury SA, is an extended hours Contact Centre that operates between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work required hours is essential. Our Engagement Consultants engage with Jobseekers daily, while working closely with the front office staff to ensure that all Jobseekers are scheduled into appointments and activities in accordance with our Service Delivery Model. You are required to exercise judgement, set priorities and schedule work to meet deadlines. About The Role Work in partnership with our network of nationally located sites, to ensure all Jobseekers are engaged with Employment Plus as per our Service Delivery Model Work within a team of consultants who service inbound/outbound calls and emails on behalf of more than 80 sites nationally Ours is a fast-paced environment; you will need to be able to think on your feet and be flexible with tasks, as well as being a quick learner with advanced computer (Microsoft Office) skills.
