Experienced in fashion preferred, you understand the challenges of volume retail and love to chase sales this could be right up your alley! If you are a confident leader who can connect with their team and have the below skills, we would love to hear from you: Previous management experience, essential in retail Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience Proven ability to achieve sales, wages & stock loss targets Strong Communication skills A positive attitude and take pride in your personal style and presentation Be able to develop, coach and mentor the team to achieve KPI's. Sound computer skills essential. Be a confident team leader, who possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate their staff, have experience in high end customer service and fantastic organizational skills.
