Job Description

Use Your Skills in Leadership as our New Team Leader in our Homelessness Stream! The Leadership You Will BringSteer the trajectory of impactful change as a Team Leader in our Justice-Supported Accommodation Service. In this role, you’ll provide supervision, support, and guidance to the Case Management team, while actively engaging in intake, assessment, and case management. This service provides supported accommodation and psychosocial support to individuals released on bail or parole. We work with people experiencing homelessness or housing instability, often alongside complex needs such as mental health challenges, alcohol and other drug (AOD) issues, and other social or legal barriers. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring productive relationships are demonstrated by the team and contribute to quality team performance and team wellbeingCreating and implementing professional development plans for the team to improve capability and service deliveryEnsuring staff members have a clear understanding of their role and what is expected of themUndertake assessment with the client to develop a shared understanding of their situation and related problems and strengths This is a full-time, permanent position located in Alice Springs, NT. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Level 6 Award.
