The role of the Heating, Venting and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Technician is to provide efficient and effective services related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and address day-to-day operational issues in this area. Discounted Private Health Insurance. Selection Criteria: Current relevant trade qualifications such as Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration. Demonstrated skills and experience across heating, ventilation and air conditioning including maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders and provide technical advice. Experience with ability to work independently and manage work tasks and priorities effectively. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high quality work, including compliance with Australian Standards, work health and safety practices, and policy and legislative requirements. Demonstrated skills in using computer applications such as Building Management system and maintenance systems. Willingness to participate in an on-call roster to respond to urgent maintenance requests. Current NSW driver licence and willingness to travel as required by the position.
