We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Development Sales Support Specialist , focusing on the B2B segment. Key Responsibilities Act as the day-to-day contact for B2B clients, providing timely support and ensuring smooth communication Process and monitor product orders, ensuring accurate entry into internal systems and on-time delivery Prepare and manage invoices, liaising with finance to ensure accurate billing and timely payments Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, agreements and account information Support BD team in tracking account performance and preparing regular reports and summaries. Coordinate with internal departments (retail, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client requirements are met. Assist with preparing account-related presentations, proposals and documentation Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues or escalating to the appropriate team Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction About You Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Previous experience in account coordination, sales support or administration preferred. Comfortable working with order management systems, spreadsheets, and invoicing tools Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive team player who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
