Violence, Abuse and Neglect (VAN) Educator The Violence, Abuse and Neglect (VAN) Educator coordinates, facilitates, and expands the ongoing education and training programs for staff and consumers relating to psychosocial, child protection, wellbeing, and targeted violence abuse neglect/trauma domains across MLHD NSW. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate: A relevant Tertiary Qualification (such as Social Work or Counselling) with eligibility for membership to an appropriate Australian Professional association in line with your Qualifications (such as AASW, PACFA, ACA) Experience in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of professional education and currently holds Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment, or working towards, or willingness to work towards. Extensive experience working in psychosocial clinical practice, including excellent understanding of the principles associated with child protection and trauma informed care.
