HR/ TA Officer

Competitive hourly rate ASAP Start Duration until 31st March Location: Sydney North Shore Contract Type: Temporary Duration: Until 31 March 2025 - start ASAP We're currently seeking a Human Resources Officer to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis, supporting recruitment through to the end of March 2025. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, documentation, and onboarding Provide guidance on HR practices and interpretation of the Local Government (State) Award Assist with corporate training coordination and basic e-learning content development Support health and wellbeing initiatives and HR reporting Maintain HR systems and ensure compliance with Council policies and procedures About You: Relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on recruitment Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively High proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems Experience in local government is highly desirable.
