Role Responsibilities Analysing data or insights to determine consumer trends regarding the product and categoryProactively supporting the testing and validation of new products and resourcing existing product SKU’s as requiredBuilding and driving relationships with key customers, both internal and external, and vendors to improve pricing and quality of servicesDevelop best practice benchmarks for product usage at each AMA group siteFacilitate face-to-face and phone meetings with customers to understand their needs and where required assist with orderingFacilitate agreed changes or improvements as agreed to deliver a better experience for customersAnalyse sales reports to understand potential areas for improvement for each customerLiaise with operational staff as required to support the levels of customer satisfaction Does this sound like you?
