As a Funerals Director Assistant, you will engage in an integral role supporting funeral services, viewings and transfers. Duties of a Funeral Director's Assistant include: Supporting our funeral services through the provision of vehicle and transport services ensuring vehicle presentation is always at a high standard Working collaboratively to bring the deceased into our care with dignity and respect Oversee proceedings on the funeral service on the day and ensure pre-arranged plans and ad-hoc requests on the day are appropriately implemented. About you: Strong customer service ethos and commitment to service delivery Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased A collaborative team player with excellent communication and high attention to detail Able to work full time hours Monday to Friday, including rotating roster to cover evenings and weekends if required (great opportunity to earn additional income) Possess a full unrestricted driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
