Job Description Job Description Position Summary: The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to multiple CEOs, ensuring seamless operations, effective communication, and efficient use of the executives’ time. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities across several leaders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of maintaining a high degree of professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple C-Level Executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and correspondence. Serve as a primary point of contact between the C-Level Executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service. Draft, review, and manage confidential documents, reports, and presentations. Anticipate executives’ needs, prepare materials in advance of meetings, and ensure follow-up actions are completed. Coordinate meetings, board sessions, and special events, including logistics, agendas, and minutes. Prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to deadlines and detail. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise sound judgment in decision-making. Support office operations, special initiatives, and cross-functional projects as directed. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior-level executives. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.). Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with executives, board members, and stakeholders. Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment. Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. Work Environment: This position may require occasional overtime, travel, or flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the CEOs. The role is office-based with opportunities for hybrid arrangements depending on business needs.
