Sales Support Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join a busy sales team as a sales support representative. This role involves managing customer relationships, handling enquiries, and supporting sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming sales enquiries and provide product guidance Prepare quotations, upsell and cross-sell to maximise value Process orders and warranty claims accurately Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer data Liaise with suppliers for pricing and availability of non-stock items Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in customer service or client support Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with CRM systems and technical product information Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively Attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
