Due to continued growth, were expanding our team and currently hiring Delegate Sales Associates along with several other exciting roles across the business. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to senior executives and decision-makers to invite them to summits, industry dinners, and other exclusive gatherings. Conduct research to identify and target decision-makers, engaging through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Educate prospects on the benefits of EDS events, clearly articulating the companys value proposition. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing ensuring maximum delegate attendance for each event. Event Locations: UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, Denmark, North America (including Canada) Multiple Positions Available: Entry/Graduate Level Senior (12 years of experience) Director Level (3 years of experience) Team Leader Personal Specification: Ambitious, diligent, self-motivated, and a driven team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals Prior experience in sales or relationship management is an advantage but not required What You Can Expect : Competitive salary Uncapped commission and bonuses Clear promotion opportunities outlined from day one Location: Our office is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Ware Train Station in Hertfordshire.
