Fraud Advisor - Travel Company (£13/hr) About this job: Work with our partner, a world-leader in the travel planning industry Help make sure the customers are getting a great experience by ensuring accurate information on the website The pay for this role is £13/hr Responsibilities Include: Assisting with validation checks of advertisers Analyze information and make conclusions in an efficient manner about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking Make telephone calls and handle emails to assist customers with any additional checks we may need to validate them Evaluate the risk that an existing customer would pose to the company Required Qualifications: At least 6 months experience dealing with fraud related issues Previous customer service experience in an office or call center environment Strong phone skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to work a hybrid schedule based in Oxford with one weekend shift every other weekend Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the travel, travel planning or hospitality industry There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
