Regional Sales Manager – North -West Do you want to work for one of the fastest growing Generator hire companies in the UK, providing temporary power solutions to a wide variety of industries, then Star Power is the company for you. Due to continuous growth, we are currently looking to recruit a skilled Regional Sales Manager, based in the North-West region. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and working closely with the regional management team, you will be responsible for targeting a wide portfolio of customers in the area, providing commercial support, developing existing accounts and bringing in new business to increase our market share. The main responsibilities of the role include: Generating growth by acquiring both new business as well as nurturing lapsed accounts to increase revenue across the region. Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business working with internal teams. Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation to support personal growth and success. Collaborating with management on sales goals to maintain future pipeline within your area. Working with your manager to achieve and maintain KPI’s and targets set. Support the team with other responsibilities to ensure we are consistently delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role you will possess: A proven track record of 3 years sales experience within the Generator hire market. An outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support growth. The ability to cultivate strong relationships with both existing and prospective new business across the area. Solid communication skills to ensure consistent service levels are met within the business to support equipment utilisation and availability of our growing fleet. You will need to be well organised with a focused sales approach and the ability to work under pressure. A positive team player with a passion for success.
