Chief Executive Officer Location: Glasgow Salary: Competitive Excellent Benefits Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a respected, community-based housing provider who are seeking an inspirational Chief Executive to lead the organisation and ensure the successful delivery of our strategic vision, business plan and values of passion, excellence, respect and connection. This is an interim post which will initially be for 6 months and may be extended. Reporting to the Board of Management and working closely with the Chair, you will provide strong leadership to the Executive Management Team and staff, ensuring the highest standards of governance, financial management and customer service. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic leadership with community focus. You will: Work with the Board to shape and deliver our long-term strategy and business plan. Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding services to tenants and residents. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and governance requirements. Build and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, funders and community groups. Champion innovation, inclusion and continuous improvement across all areas of our work. We are looking for a values-driven leader with a proven record of achievement in a senior role within a customer-focused, regulated, or community-based organisation. You will bring strong strategic, financial and governance skills, excellent communication and partnership-building abilities, and a genuine commitment to delivering positive outcomes for tenants and communities.
