Our client in Wimborne is looking for a Mortgage / Customer Service Consultant to provide excellent customer support and essential administrative assistance within a busy and professional team. Key Responsibilities: Process transactions accurately and efficiently Support customers with online services and enquiries Handle telephone and face-to-face queries, delivering a high standard of service Produce reports and assist the retention team Identify and suggest process improvements Ensure compliance with FCA and PRA requirements Skills & Experience: Proven administrative and customer service experience Good IT skills, including Word and Excel Knowledge of mortgage or savings products advantageous Previous experience within financial services CeMAP qualification would be desirable If you're looking to work with a company that truly values its staff and offers great benefits, then this is the role for you.
