HR Advisor – Maternity Leave

We’re looking for an HR professional to join our friendly and growing team on a maternity cover basis. You’ll provide practical, client-focused HR advice and support while actively representing CXCS at networking events and within the local business community, promoting our HR services with enthusiasm and professionalism. CXCS are based in west Herefordshire and offer a range of award-winning services designed to help small and medium-sized businesses comply with legislative requirements. What You’ll Do Provide clear, accurate, HR advice to CXCS clients. Provide clients with bespoke supporting information and documentation to help them implement solutions effectively. Develop successful outcomes and maintain strong, lasting client relationships. Build a positive relationship with our partners – Wilford Smith lawyers Represent CXCS at networking events, business forums, and client meetings, promoting our HR services positively and professionally. Build connections across the local business community to enhance visibility and generate new opportunities. What We’re Looking For: CIPD qualified (or equivalent) Someone who is strongly focused on delivering excellent client experience at all stages. A confident networker and communicator, able to represent CXCS positively at external events. A friendly engaging manner with a commercial approach to HR for small and medium-sized businesses. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects. A competitive salary is offered, based on experience. Part time and flexible working arrangements will also be considered.
