Fire and Security Service Engineer - £40,000 OTE, Company Car Location: Edinburgh and Surrounding areas Salary: £36,000 OTE: £40-45,000 with paid travel, call out and overtime Industry: Security Systems | CCTV | Intruder Alarms | Access Control My national Client are looking to recruit an experienced Fire and Security Engineer to join their NSI Gold accredited team. You will be working alongside dedicated professionals who take pride in their work and reputation. You will be working on mostly commercial sites such as Supermarkets. Benefits – Fire and Security Service Engineer: £36,000 basic (£40,000 OTE) Company van or estate car 25 days holiday bank holidays Overtime Training and progression Travel paid after 30 minutes each way Responsibilities – Fire and Security Service Engineer: As a Fire and Security Service Engineer , your role will include: Servicing Fire alarm systems (both Analogue and Addressable) Servicing Intruder alarms, Access control and CCTV including IP Completing paperwork Being customer facing, dealing with customer requests Good communication and customer service skills Completing works in line with current legislation and British Standards Being part of the callout rota Requirements – Fire and Security Service Engineer 2 years' experience Servicing Fire and Security Systems – CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control and Fire alarm Systems Work to high British standards and within the retail / commercial sector being beneficial. Full UK Driving Licence - no points desired Be able to pass security screening Desirable (not essential): Install & commissioning experience Qualifications such as 18th Edition, NVQ, City & Guilds or BTEC IP network understanding Why Join?
