Head of Creative - Beauty London - Hybrid (4 days in office) £75,000 to £80,000 A luxury beauty brand is looking for an inspiring Head of Creative to join their London Head Office. You will oversee the in-house design studio; Your primary focus will be on efficiently planning, resourcing, and delivering all visual assets across digital, packaging, retail, and marketing channels. This role requires a blend of art direction, team management, workflow coordination, and creative leadership. Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end creative project pipeline Manage internal traffic flow Lead weekly creative production meetings Produce and art direct photoshoots Review and approve final designs Requirements: Experience in a Head of Creative role Beauty experience is essential Strong leadership skills Happy to be hands-on with design when needed
