Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager for a Social Housing retro-fit scheme in Witney, Oxford. The scheme consists of works on Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Cavity Walls. The project is starting on 17th/24th November and the contract runs until January 2026, no fixed end date. What you'll do as a Freelance Site Manager: Manage daily activities for retro-fit on solar panels, loft insulation, cavity walls. Ensure project is completed in line with standards Manage subcontractors and labour teams Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards Conduct daily site inspections Co-ordinate daily with residents and tenant liaison officer Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager: Experience on social housing schemes - preferably retro-fit CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Pay Benefits Day rate £240 to £300 per day - NEGOTIABLE dependant on experience Weekly pay on a Friday How to apply: Please apply directly to this job ad or for more information please call Sam at Fawkes & Reece on 01204 554 884.
