Job Description

Test Technician-Nashua, NH Temp to Perm Pay rate: $25-$30 per hour depending on experience. Electronic Test Technician for PCB Assemblies and Cables Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to the following in a Contract Manufacturing environment: Perform Functional Testing on PCB Assemblies and Cables using customer documentation, internal procedures, software programs etc. to ensure acceptance to customer requirements and compliance with industry standards. Document and analyze test results and report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate team members. Perform testing using various hand tools and equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Meters, Power Supplies, Calipers, Pull Testers etc. Conduct failure analysis to identify problems or areas for improvement Maintain and update the Auto Recall Maintenance and Calibration Database. Record and Scan CofC's and Reports for all tooling and equipment as required Perform maintenance and calibration as needed on equipment that is calibrated and/ or maintained internally Prepare and record all tooling and equipment for calibration that is being outsourced. Maintain and monitor the ESD Program and Procedures for compliance including conducting bench and cart audits per schedule Perform some Mechanical Operations throughout the testing and assembly processes Strong Computer Skills Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Test Technician in an Assembly Manufacturing environment. Minimum 5 years experience is preferred Hands on test experience with the use of testing and measuring equipment Technical capacity and problem- solving attitude Must be able to interpret
