Job Description Job Description Overview Friesen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced automotive service environment. As the liaison between customers and technicians, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience and ensuring vehicles are repaired efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues or service requests. Provide clear estimates for labor and parts, explaining repair details and costs in an understandable manner. Coordinate repair and maintenance work with technicians, ensuring timely completion of jobs. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, updating them on progress and any additional work needed. Review completed repairs with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery. Handle warranty, recall, and maintenance documentation according to manufacturer and company standards. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, repair orders, and invoices. Promote recommended maintenance and service options to help customers protect their investment. Ensure a clean, organized, and professional service drive and advisor workspace. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; some college or automotive training preferred. Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience strongly preferred. Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computer systems and dealership software (CDK, Reynolds, or similar). Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Valid driver’s license required.
