The role We're looking for a Weekend Customer Host to join our team in Worcester, working onboard our trains every Saturday and Sunday. It's a perfect opportunity if you've got weekday commitments but still want a rewarding role. You'll be the friendly face of GWR serving refreshments, providing a warm welcome, and making every journey memorable. What you'll be doing Delivering excellent customer service, promoting and selling GWR products onboard our services. Providing a complimentary trolley service for First Class customers. Acting as an ambassador for GWR and living our values. Ensuring every journey is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. Keeping areas clean, tidy, and welcoming. What we're looking for Strong customer service and sales experience. Great communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Food handling or stock rotation experience (desirable). If you're passionate about people, love providing excellent service, and can work Saturdays and Sundays, we'd love to hear from you!
