HGV Driver

Your new company Ourclient based in Lanarkshire is looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join theirteam for Winter Gritting between November-March. Weekly standby rates &call out rates. Your new role You'll be driving theWinter Gritters to treat roads during icy and snowy conditions. You'll followplanned routes and respond to call-outs when needed. Shifts include nights andweekends. Main duties include: Operating HGV Class 2 gritting vehicles Carrying out vehicle checks Completing basic paperwork Working flexibly across shifts What you'll need to succeed Valid HGV Class 2 licence & CPC Willingness to work in all weather conditions Previous experience is helpful but not essential What you'll get in return Weekly standby rates & call out rates for nights/weekends Call out rates: time and a half Mon-Sat, double time Sun Training provided Supportive team and well-maintained vehicles What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
