Transport Asset Lead

The Recruitment Crowd ( TRC Group) are hiring a Transport Asset Lead on behalf of our well established , Transport leading client in the CV23 area of Rugby Warwickshire. Location: Rugby Warwickshire (CV23) Payrate: £14.55 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday / 06.00am - 14.00pm Our client is looking for a Transport Asset Lead to come and join the team based in Rugby. The purpose of this Asset Lead is to support the Asset department on site. You will be working within the Transport Department whilst leasing with the operational asset team to ensure a timely dispatch of assets to clients, while conducting effective team briefs and instructions to ensure all aspects are safe and compliant with legal requirements. Interested? What they're looking for: Ensuring manifests are correct for clients and are validated using the Yard Management System. Ensuring our Transport Management System is prepared with trailer numbers that are manifested for clients to make the process more efficient at the time of despatch Updating shared excel spreadsheets which must be updated throughout the day and ensure 100% compliance on service for delivering assets. Investigating and resolving any queries from the Client Managers. Providing track and tracing of Assets as and when requested. Provide KPI reports to Transport Management on compliance. Skills and Qualifications Experience of transport and warehouse operations. Previous experience of working in a pressurised environment with tight deadlines.
