In 2022, TP Tutors was created as a specialist tutoring service delivering comprehensive tuition programmes. We now work with 5,000 schools , 80 local authorities , and 12,000 educators , connecting passionate tutors with pupils of all backgrounds - from those out of school to those at risk of exclusion. The Role As a Tuition Consultant , you'll connect local authorities, schools, and tutors to deliver outstanding tuition experiences for children and young people. Previous experience isn't essential - what matters most is enthusiasm, curiosity, and a desire to learn. You'll work alongside experienced recruiters in a supportive, fast-moving environment with clear career progression. Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, and onboard new tutors. Manage all vetting and eligibility requirements. Liaise with senior leaders to structure effective tuition programmes. Promote tuition services to new and existing clients in your region.
