The Job As a Field Service Engineer, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT network system connectivity and hardware issues at sites throughout Devon and Cornwall Duties include: Site Surveys Installation, testing and configuration of EPOS systems, including structured cable testing Planned maintenance Diagnosing faults and swapping out units Fault-finding on computer WIFI networks Reimaging PCs, data copies and system updates About You As a Field Service Engineer, you should have a good mix of the following skills and experience. Field-based customer service engineering experience Knowledge of computer hardware (PCs, IP Networks and WIFI) Manage own diary and workload EPOS knowledge desirable / not essential as full product training given Full Driving Licence Hours Monday to Friday, 9 am 5 pm On-Call One Week in Three: Standby Hours: Mon Fri 5pm-9pm, Sat & Sun 9am 9pm Benefits £31396 (£28620 £2776 standby allowance) estimated earnings: £35000 including overtime when on call out £250 quarterly performance bonus.
