Description: Position Summary The Material Handler will work on collaboration with their department to pick job orders for internal manufacturing customer orders and external customer orders. This position will ensure the accuracy of all orders being completed. This role is critical to ensure timely and accurate inventory movement and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment. Essential Duties Print daily orders, maintain paperwork and records Stock components from Receiving and finish goods from production into designated warehouse location Pick components from inventory to fulfill production orders and customer shipments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including shelving, aisles, and workstations Follow established processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits as needed Communicate effectively with production and logistics teams to support operational goals Support improvement or development of inventory management procedures Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling tools Keep workstation and tools clean and organized with the 5S program Maintain a good attendance record and follow the schedule provided by the Department Supervisor Have good communication with supervisor regarding planned time off and unplanned time off Other duties as assigned Essential Areas of Responsibility Inventory and Warehouse Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements Industry and Forklift Experience is Required High School Diploma Excellent Math and Analytical skills Strong Communication and Organization Skills Ability to Multitask and Problem Solve Able to Navigate Computers with Minimal Training Physical Demands Must be able to: Remain in a standing position for most of the time Lift, bend, twist, reach, sit and stand Lift up to 30 pounds frequently Work in a production environment Communicate clearly and effectively Working Conditions Adhere to the time and attendance requirements as established by the Department Supervisor Fast-paced warehouse setting Requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods Overtime as required and/or needed PI5dc60e2d5-
