As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Marston Gate youll be responsible for: Overseeing the goods-in processes and supporting on some outbound operations Monitoring incoming supplies, assessing workload and resource needs, and allocating tasks effectively to meet KPIs and operational targets Managing a team of 1012 staff, conducting 1:1s and performance reviews and evaluating recruitment agencies prior to engagement General administration duties and serving customers behind the trading counter This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 6.00am 2.00pm. And heres what wed like you to have: A full UK driving license is essential as we are not accessible via public transport Previous warehouse experience and a solid understanding of processes and efficiencies Previous people management experience A forklift license is preferred We look forward to receiving your application!
