Job Description

Lead and inspire a team of technicians and support staff to deliver top-tier service Manage day-to-day service operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, workflow, and quality standards Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing technical and service needs promptly Oversee departmental budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement performance improvement initiatives Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement to support operational requirements Drive continuous improvement through training, process optimization, and technology integration Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards while promoting a positive team culture Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years management experience in a technical or service-driven environment Strong mechanical background with exposure to conveyors, compressors, and rotating equipment Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop multi-disciplinary technical teams Practical experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance (field or workshop) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset Sound financial understanding, with experience managing budgets and performance metrics Proficient in service management software and MS Office applications Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering (or related field) Demonstrated experience in managing technical service operations within an industrial setting Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally and internationally when required Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
