Job Description

What Youll Own Purchase Order Powerhouse Manage POs from request to delivery, resolve issues fast, and keep retail operations running smoothly. Supplier Whisperer Maintain supplier databases, build strong partnerships, and support negotiations for great pricing and performance. Inventory Guardian Perform stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, track movement, and keep systems accurate and audit-ready. Warehouse Wingperson Ensure goods are received correctly, stored properly, and returned efficiently when needed. Admin Ace Keep documentation immaculate, generate insightful reports, and ensure full compliance across the board. Cost-Saving Sleuth Spot opportunities to cut costs and streamline processes. Cross-Team Collaborator Work closely with finance, operations, warehouses, and store teams to keep the supply chain humming. Skills & Experience: 24 years in procurement, purchasing, or inventory control ideally in retail Hands-on experience with procurement systems (Xurrent/4ME preferred) Strong Excel, admin, and data-accuracy skills Excellent communication, problem-solving approach, and can-do attitude A sharp eye for detail, solid organisation, and the ability to thrive under pressure Qualification: Matric (essential) diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business (bonus!)
