This job is for a US-based company paying in USD Responsibilities for a sales engineer Executes management activities, prospecting, documenting, CRM activities, quotes, and following up post-sales activities Develops growth plans for the entire business unit and/or sales channels to maximize business potential and profitability Provides accurate forecasts on orders and revenue Reports on sales activities, together with the Regional Sales Manager Establishes and maintains the highest possible commercial relations with present and potential customers by effectively employing skills with the art of salesmanship, application engineering, product knowledge, knowledge of customers' business and organization, and competitive products and activities Interprets incoming orders for proper content, price, and compliance with terms and conditions, before acceptance at the division Review customer needs and specifications to determine a minimum bill of materials, the most competitive price level, and the shipment cycle within the industry or market segment assigned Coordinates with Customer Service to ensure resources are available to support customer commitments Interprets incoming division quotations for proper content and price, to meet the minimum customer requirements before final order clearing Establishes focus on quotation efforts to help ensure proper and timely quotation responses Cooperates with multiple departments within the corporation to support sales and document projects Qualifications for Sales Engineer At least 10 years of sales working experience with Industrial Equipment and Tools Must prove book of business in the area. Companies and Contacts he has access to Proficient in PC applications, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or similar, with experience Bilingual English – Spanish (or at least 80%) US Visa to Travel USA
