The Pharmacist will verify and fill medication orders, monitor patient therapies, provide drug information, identify and resolve potential medication safety hazards, and supervise support personnel. Key Responsibilities Verify and fill medication orders accurately Monitor and adjust patient medication therapies Provide clinical consultation and drug information Ensure compliance with medication safety standards Supervise and direct pharmacy support staff Education & Experience Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy Required Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Preferred Minimum 1 year technical experience Preferred Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience Preferred Licenses & Certifications Active Pharmacist License in the state of practice Required Registered Pharmacist (RPh) Required BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or equivalent HeartCode/Healthstream certifications) Required Job Requirements Retail pharmacy experience required BLS certification required Day Shift: Alternating 8:45 17:15 or 9:15 17:45 (Monday Friday)
